METHOD OF APOPTOSIS INHIBITION

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to experimental cardiology, and can be used for apoptosis inhibition of aorta cells and coronary vessels. The method provides for complex use a model of coronary deficiency caused by immobilized stress and single administration of medroxyprogesteroneacetate dosing 0.3 mg/kg using which apoptosis of aorta cells and coronary vessels can be inhibited and detecting DNA by the gel-electrophoresis method. During the experiment when using only models of coronary deficiency caused by the immobilized stress a number of apoptosis of aorta cells and coronary vessels is registered in 75% cases. In case of complex use a model of coronary deficiency caused by immobilized stress and single administration of medroxyprogesteroneacetate dosing 0.3 mg/kg none of the apoptosis changes of aorta cells and coronary vessels have been registered, which proves apoptosis inhibition of the aorta cells and coronary vessels.
