<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe exhibiting a high operability in both cases of using and non-using a lock nut, the lock nut for use in the syringe and the syringe mountable the lock nut. <P>SOLUTION: The prefilled syringe 1 is axially mounted with the lock nut 30, or a connector easily attached/detached to the syringe side, to be engaged with a fixing implement 20 disposed in a step part 123 of a lure part 120 along an axial direction. The fixing implement 20 is provided with a plate-shaped fixing implement body 201 having an inserting hole 202, two plate-shaped arms 205 and 206 extended in one direction from the circumferential face of the fixing implement body 201 and two plate-shaped levers 203 and 204 extended inversely to the one direction from the circumferential face of the fixing implement body 201.
