MEDICAL LIGATURE SUTURE APPARATUS AND MEDICAL LIGATURE SUTURE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical ligature suture apparatus which prevents T bar from being buried in a tissue regardless of a size of a lumen of a needle when the tissue is raised by tightening a suture from the hand side, a medical ligature suture system and a medical ligature suture method.

SOLUTION: The medical ligature suture apparatus 3 includes a covering tube (an insertion section) having a lumen wherein a pointed head side of an endoscope 2 can be inserted and a pointed head section 8 which is disposed with a side aperture 7 and is connected to the lumen, two hollow needles 15 which are disposed in parallel in the covering tube to have tips which can move between a first position 11 at more proximal end side than the side aperture 7 and a second position 12 at more distal end side than the side aperture 7 and can support suture members at the inside, and one prejet 17 which is disposed in the vicinity of the pointed head of the side aperture 7 to be freely attached to and removed from the pointed head section 8 and can be penetrated by the needles 15.
