<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a color filter in which a coloring resin layer to form a coloring pixel is formed by a transfer method, and also a fine spacer constituted by a color lamination in which the coloring resin layer is laminated and transferred is formed with high precision and with its height homogeneous without height unevenness. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a color filter, at least two layers of coloring resin layers are laminated to form a spacer part so that the shortest distance from the outer periphery of the laminated surface of an upper layer to the outer periphery of the laminated surface of a lower layer whose laminated surface against the upper layer is large becomes ≥2 μm, and the maximum width of the lower layer cross section is ≥10μm and the lower layer is coated by the upper layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
