<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This organic electroluminescent element is provided with a back face substrate, an organic electroluminescence part formed on the whole back face substrate and wherein a first electrode, an organic film and a second electrode are laminated in order, a front face substrate connected with the back face substrate and sealing an inner space housing the organic electroluminescence part with a sealant, and a transparent nano porous oxide film containing nano size porous oxide particles and nano size pores and located in the inner space provided by the back face substrate and the front face substrate. In this invention using the transparent nano porous oxide film containing the nano size porous oxide particles and the nano size pores, water and oxygen adsorption property is excellent and service life property is improved compared with a case where a conventional getter is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
