<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration/circulation system of a battery enabling reuse of a used battery processed for regeneration as a power source of a decentralized power source device or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A battery control server 1 contains databases such as used batteries, regenerated batteries, undertakers in charge of regeneration processes of reused batteries, builds up various kinds of data for public inspection among parties concerned requiring the batteries with attribute data set for each kind of battery as a base.
