PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate delay caused by performing the same arbitration operations at an arbitration circuit on a slave device side when the same master device continuously requests access, in a matrix bus connection system. SOLUTION: Each arbitration circuit stores the address of a master device that is accessed last, and holds the selection signal for a selector as it is at the time of access completion. When a new connection request occurs, the address of master device that requests the connection is compared to the address of master device that is accessed last. If it is the connection request from the same master device, no new connection control is performed, thus, the previous connection state is maintained, and the master device is connected to the slave device with no delay.
