PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accept an input of a key code even if an error occurs while a BML file is executed, relating to a digital broadcasting receiver that receives a broadcasting signal containing BML (Broadcast Markup Language) data. SOLUTION: The digital broadcasting receiver that receives the broadcasting signal containing the BML (Broadcast Markup Language) file includes a display processing means for processing the display of the BML file, an error detecting means that detects an error while a routine contained in the BML file is executed, a stop means that stops a display process when the error is detected, and a control means that calls a key call-back routine for executing a key event with top priority when a key code is inputted while the display process is interrupted.
