PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitting X-ray tube which is higher in quality, longer in service life and low in price. SOLUTION: A stem base 1 which brazes and holds an electrode reed 4 holding a cathode filament 7, a sealing member 5, an exhaust pipe 2 or the like, and an radiation window frame 8 which brazes and holds an X-ray radiation window 9 are joined by welding with the other end 52 of the sealing member 5 and an open end 83 of the radiation window frame 8.
