PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface device capable of efficiently transferring data and commands between two systems at a high speed. SOLUTION: Provided as an interface device 300 connecting a 1st system 100 and a 2nd system 200 are a 1st FIFO memory 33 for transmitting data from the 1st system 100 to the 2nd system 200, a 2nd FIFO memory 34 for transmitting data from the 2nd system 200 to the 1st system 100, and a dual-port RAM 35 for transmitting control data (command, status) mutually between the 1st system 100 and 2nd system 200.
