PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug which is effective as a remedy, a prophylactic, and an ameliorating drug for Parkinson's disease or the like and exhibits an agonist action to both dopamine D<SB>2</SB>recipient and serotonin 5-HT<SB>1A</SB>recipient. SOLUTION: There are provided a compound represented by formula (1), its prodrug, and their pharmaceutically allowable salts. In formula (1), ring A is a 4- to 10-membered saturated or unsaturated nitrogen-containing heterocycle; R<SP>0</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>, and X are each a hydrogen atom or the like; p and q are each an integer of 0-3, and R<SP>1</SP>is a group represented by formula (2) (wherein R<SP>10</SP>and R<SP>11</SP>are each a hydrogen atom or the like; E<SP>1</SP>and E<SP>2</SP>are each a single bond, -O-, or the like; W is a substituted or unsubstituted 5- to 12-membered aromatic heterocycle or the like; Q is a substituted or unsubstituted 6- to 16-membered aromatic hydrocarbon cycle or the like; and n is an integer of 0-10).
