PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyrolytic gasification reformer which efficiently utilizes reformed gasses, lowers the air ratio in a gas reforming furnace, and also enables to promote the reforming reaction of pyrolysed gas and the gasification of a soot generated in the gas reforming furnace. SOLUTION: The pyrolytic gasification reformer is provided with a pyrolysis furnace 1 for producing a pyrolysis gas 21, a reforming furnace 2 for heating and reforming the pyrolysis gas 21 sent from the pyrolysis furnace 1 to make it a reformed gas 22, an air heat exchanger 3 for heating a mixed gas 12 by utilizing the heat energy owned by the reformed gas 22 sent from the reforming furnace 2, and an air transporting pipe 10 for sending the mixed gas 12 heated by the air heat exchanger 3 to the reforming furnace 2. The mixed gas 12 has an air 12a for reforming reaction and a reforming reaction promoting gas 12b. The reforming reaction promoting gas 12b reacts with the pyrolysis gas 21 in the gas reforming furnace 2 to reform this pyrolysis gas 21 into the reformed gas 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
