PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-metal laminated gasket raw material composed of a composite body of a stainless steel plate and rubber, having excellent resistance to LLC (non-freezing liquid resistant property) and excellent heat resistance even if toxic application type chromate treatment is not applied to metal, and capable of preventing occurrence of bonding peeling-off even in an LLC resistance test method by taking actual use environment of, for example, a metal gasket for an engine into account when forming the rubber-metal laminated gasket raw material. SOLUTION: This rubber-metal laminated gasket raw material is constituted by vulcanizing and bonding blend rubber composed of NBR of 92 to 50 weight% and rubber having higher heat resistance than NBR of 8 to 50 weight% on a chrome-free treated stainless steel plate through phenol resin adhesive containing silica.
