PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a constitution of facilitating the recycle of a lubricant supply member in a fixing device. SOLUTION: The fixing device comprises a turnable fixing roll 61, an endless belt 62 capable of moving while coming into contact with the fixing roll 61, a pressure pad 64 arranged inside the endless belt 62 and forming a nip part N through which paper P passes, and the lubricant supply member 67 applying lubricant to the endless belt 62 by abutting on the inner peripheral surface of the endless belt 62.
