PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table cutter which increases strength without enlarging a guard and is small-sized and inexpensive. SOLUTION: The table cutter has base parts 1 and 2 on which workpieces can be mounted, a cutting part 8 which houses a motor and supports a cutting blade 10 rotated by driving the motor rotatably, and a holder 5 which supports the cutting part 8 oscillatably by a shaft 7 being an oscillating shaft approximately in parallel with the axial direction of the cutting blade 10, crosses approximately at right angles with the axial direction of the cutting blade 10, and is tiltable in relation to the base parts 1 and 2 by a tilting shaft 4 extending approximately in parallel with the base parts 1 and 2. A leg part 14a which can be arranged on the side of the cutting blade 10 when the cutting part 8 is oscillated and a guard part 14 which has a rotary shaft 4a coaxial with the tilting shaft 4 and can be rotated in linkage to the tilting of the holder 5 are provided.
