PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording head in which the flexible board can be reused, loss due to spoiled work in the process can be reduced, recycle performance can be enhanced and environmental load can be reduced by reducing refuse. SOLUTION: In the ink jet recording head arranged such that the electrode of a flexible board 11 mounted with an IC 12 is bonded to individual electrode of a piezoelectric element 15 for oscillating a diaphragm constituting one wall face of an ink pressure chamber, and when a voltage is applied between the individual electrode and a common electrode through the flexible board 11, the ink pressure chamber is pressed by the diaphragm and an ink drop is ejected from a nozzle communicating with the ink pressure chamber, length L of the electrode 13 of the flexible board 11 is set not shorter than two times of the length l of the bonding face 13a between the piezoelectric element 15 and the individual electrode.
