PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure, which has an extremely simple constitution and facilitates snap off without developing disadvantages in cost and in volume in a screen printing equipment. SOLUTION: Power source and control signals are supplied through a connector 92 from a controlling part 8 under a structure that a piezoelectric element 91 to vibrate a screen is provided in the screen frame 11 of the screen 12. When a screen printing to a printed board 5 comes to an end under the structure, the power source is applied and the control signals are supplied to the piezoelectric element 91 so as to vibrate the screen 12 through the screen frame 11. Through the vibration of the screen, the viscosity of a cream solder 3 lowers, resulting in realizing an easy snap off. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
