PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink supply unit for a flexographic press which can easily replace an anilox roll and change the order of colors to be printed, whereby can reduce a time required for trial proof, and can enhance work efficiency. SOLUTION: A pivoting frame can be freely moved between a printing position wherein the anilox roll is in a state of being placed on a fixed frame so as to be joined to a plate cylinder, and a replacement position wherein the anilox roll is in a state of being separated from the fixed frame so as to be separated from the plate cylinder. An ink chamber is formed so that an ink level at maximum storage can be basically located near a position wherein an upper doctor blade and the anilox roll abut on each other, when the pivoting frame is in the printing position, and so that the ink level can be located below a lower doctor blade when the pivoting frame is in the replacement position.
