PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-temperature heat washing method which, in a 24-hr circulation filtration device, can realize a system in which sludge deposited on a hair-catcher, a pressure pump, a filter, a heater, piping, etc. can be removed without relying upon a chemical feed sterilization method using a chemical, contamination bacteria are less likely to propagate, and sludge is less likely to be deposited. SOLUTION: In pipings such as a water-supply pipe 13 and a return pipe 14, the internal face is brought to a low-unevenness and low-curvature state to create smooth flow, and the system is so designed and constructed that the fluid velocity is increased within the piping and the flow rate is lowered in a filter 11.
