PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray apparatus in which a homogeneous functional resin coating film is formed by uniformly mixing raw materials of raw material mixing preparation type material with each other direct before spraying and spraying and a method of handling the same. SOLUTION: The spray apparatus 10 is provided with a drum part 1 of a main body of the spray apparatus, a straight line part 7 provided integrally in the drum part 1 and constituting a chamber in which the raw materials are fed, a 1st supply line 3 for supplying a 1st raw material to the chamber, a 2nd supply line 4 for supplying a 2nd raw material to the chamber and particularly provided with a mixer provided in the chamber and for mixing the 1st raw material with the 2nd raw material to prepare a uniform raw material liquid and a nozzle part 8 provided in the down stream side of the chamber and of a spray port.
