PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus suitable for forming liquid droplets uniform in particle size in a commercial production scale. SOLUTION: In this liquid droplet forming apparatus equipped with a liquid introducing part 6, a plate 1 having liquid jet orifices, a vibration partition wall 3 and an exciter 7, a large number of orifices are provided to a nozzle 2 without directly providing liquid jet orifices to the plate, and at least two nozzles 2 are provided to the plate 2 to provide orifices to the plate. By this constitution, passages of a liquid droplet protective agent can be ensured between the nozzles, and liquid droplets uniform in particle size are easily obtained in a commercial production scale.
