PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized, comfortably usable alkali ion water conditioner capable of providing a visual image of a smooth water flow by an illumination effect. SOLUTION: The alkali ion water conditioner comprises a plurality of light sources 11 for emitting light in synchronism with water flow, an light-transmissible or a light-semi-transmissible surface panel 10 provided on the surface of a main body onto which panel the light of the light sources 11 mounted on the surface of the main body is projected from the inside and a reflection plate 12 provided between the light sources 11 and the surface panel 10 and having a plurality of apertures for allowing the light of the light sources 11 to pass through, and a stepped part sunk from the surface of the reflector 12 is formed around the aperture.
