PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to hang a suspending cord on the rear surface and that the suspending cord has to be hanged separately on a bar with a forked metal fitting provided on the top end so as to be hooked by peeping into the back of a wall from the side of a picture frame in order to hang the picture frame at a high place on a wall surface in particular since a key-shaped projection is small in the case of a conventional hook. SOLUTION: At the upper part of a fixed hook F1, a sliding and freely attachable and detachable slide hook F2 is arranged. Before hanging the picture frame at the hook F, a depth is expanded by both of the hooks F1 and F2 temporarily in order to easily hang the cord R. After adjusting the position of the picture frame, a weight is applied to the fixed hook F1 to cover the upper part of the fixed hook F1 with the slide hook F2 so as to prevent the cord R from being removed.
