PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a reinforcing device which can be easily fitted to the heel without lowering an original function that the reinforcing device of this kind has so much in a shoe provided with the reinforcing device on a heel part. SOLUTION: For the reinforcing device, inner side face parts 24s and 25s covering a part of the side face on the inner side of the heel, bottom surface parts 24d and 25d covering a part of the bottom surface of the heel and inner rolled-up parts 24u and 25u rolled up from the bottom surface parts 24d and 25d to the inner side face parts 24s and 25s are integrally molded by non-foaming resin, and the cross section of the inner rolled-up parts 24u and 25u is curved along the curve of the foot so that the reinforcing device is practically along the foot and is notched on the back surface of the heel. Tightening members 51 and 52 for fitting the reinforcing device to the foot are provided, the rigidity of the outer side face of the heel part of the shoe is lower than the one of the inner side face of the heel part of the shoe, and it is set so as to be easily along the foot.
