PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a top plate and legs capable of not only easily connecting the top plate and the legs but also preventing the bend of the top plate or the like. SOLUTION: For a table-like structure, a plurality of leg bodies 13 and 26 are connected to each other by beam materials 15 and 23 and the top plate 5 is fixed so as to cover the beam materials 15 and 23 from above. A first beam material 14 is fixed to the upper ends of at least two leg bodies 13 and 26 so as to support the leg bodies 13 and 26 with each other, an aggregate 17 composed of a cap part 27 covering the first beam material 15 in the longitudinal direction and a flange part 28 extended to the outer part of the first beam material 15 is fixed to the first beam material 15, and the top plate 5 for which a second beam material 23 is installed at a peripheral edge part 19 is fixed to the flange part 28 of the aggregate 17.
