PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or a structure by which optical measurement of a change in the state of a reaction sample can simultaneously, continuously and continually be carried out at a plurality of measuring sites of a flow channel in a flow system reaction in which the reaction proceeds with the elapsed time for movement. SOLUTION: A sample for analysis containing a nucleic acid is made to flow through the flow channel in which temperature is changed with a repetitive pattern with a temperature controlling means for controlling the temperature of a passage region to detect a change in the state of the sample for analysis containing the nucleic acid and flowing in the flow channel with an optical detecting means at a plurality of sites of the flow channel. Furthermore, the flow channel can be arranged in a sample analytical region on a rotated and driven disk. Information on a reaction sample liquid in the flow channel can simultaneously, continuously and continually be detected with an optical information detecting means provided oppositely to the disk for analyzing the nucleic acid. The above structure is composed so as to provide a compact analyzer for the nucleic acid equipped with a flow system reaction tube for the sample for analysis containing the nucleic acid and the optical detecting means.
