Provided are a syringe capable of being connected in a fixed manner to a port even in a direct connection without a connector, a connector used for the syringe, and a syringe to which the connector can be installed. The syringe is a medical syringe having a connection auxiliary member with a hollow-cylindrical shape. In a connection of the syringe to a port, the connection auxiliary member increases a holding force of a lure section inserted into a port. The connection auxiliary member is slidably installed on the lure section or a body section with the connection auxiliary member being movable between a first position near the head of the lure section and a second position away from the head. When the connection auxiliary section is moved to the second position, the head of the lure section is exposed.
