FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should fulfill wide circulatory dissection of a neoplasm, cut out a crescent-shaped cutaneous flap upon nutritive pedicle out of subcutaneous fiber in area of maximally movable skin, shift the flap towards the center by keeping its bond with underlying tissues, suture up a flap so, that it should be of circular or ovoid form, apply purse-string suture onto external edge of skin to be tightened till the diameter of cutaneous edge under crimping corresponds to that of a shifted flap. Then single sutures should be applied onto adjacent cutaneous edges. The innovation enables to steadily distribute the loading along periphery of the flap sutured in and improve circulation in shifted tissues. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 4 dwg, 1 ex |
