FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should introduce rods-screws into proximal fragment at different levels under an angle to each other along with wedging an intraosseously applied needle. One should introduce rods-screws into distal metaphysis from posterior-external and posterior-internal surfaces of a segment under a blunt, proximally opened angle towards longitudinal axis of distal osseous fragment. One should apply a needle intraosseously through both fragments to fix it osseously upon proximal fragment and pull it up in apparatus' distal support. The innovation enables to decrease the risk for the onset of elbow joint's contractures. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl
