<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing method for a flat panel display capable of easily controlling an area in which a sealant is formed, and to provide a flat panel display manufactured by it. <P>SOLUTION: The flat panel display and its manufacturing method are provided. The flat panel display comprises a first substrate provided with a pixel area, a light emitting device located in the pixel area, a second substrate facing the first substrate and a sealant located between the first substrate and the second substrate and covering the light emitting device.
