SURFACE PRESSURE RETAINING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface pressure retaining device suitably preventing contact to the outer air.

SOLUTION: This surface pressure retaining device is provided with the following: a hollow tube 11 forming a part or the whole of a garment 2 and open toward the outside of the garment 2, and having a plurality of openings 12 formed along its longitudinal direction; a rotary compressor where the air is compressed and the compressed air is let out into a filiform body; and an air regulation device having an air cleaning part cleaning the air. The device is structured so that the air let out to the tube 11 via the rotary compressor flows through the hollow part of the tube 11 and is let out through the plurality of openings 12 so as to form the air flow toward the outside from the garment 2.
