PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter of high efficiency. SOLUTION: To provide a high efficient DC-DC converter that comprises a voltage resonance circuit in which electric power from a low voltage DC power supply including a home fuel cell and a solar cell is inputted for DC-AC conversion by zero voltage switching, an insulating type high frequency transformer for transmitting the electric power that has been converted, a current resonance circuit that is arranged on the secondary side of the transformer for zero current switching, a rectification circuit for rectifying an output from the current resonance circuit, and a smoothing circuit that smoothes the output from the rectification circuit.
