PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner which is free of deterioration in image quality, such as toner falling off, has a proper superior combination of low-temperature fixability, and has resistance to hot-offset and high temperature preservability, using a polyester resin manufactured by using an inorganic tin catalyst which will not affect the environment and has high safety. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner contains at least a colorant and a binder resin and develops an electrostatic latent image, wherein the toner contains, as the binder resin, at least the polyester resin containing an inorganic tin (II) compound as a catalyst and contains the inorganic fine particles, having an average grain size (D<SB>1</SB>) in the range of 70 nm<D<SB>1</SB><300 nm.
