PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a metal plate which can increase a mounting area of primary side circuit components on a printed circuit board. SOLUTION: In a printed circuit board 1, through holes 7, 9 are formed at each formation location of a FG potential pattern 16 of a primary side circuit portion 14 and a FG potential pattern 17 of a secondary side circuit portion 15 respectively, and a rectangular fitting notching 8 is formed at a side location between the through holes 7, 9 simultaneously. In a metal plate 2, attaching pieces 4, 6 preparing screw holes 3 at lower end portions of locations corresponding to the through holes 7, 9 of the printed circuit board 1 are formed in a bent shape, and a fitting piece 5 is formed at a location corresponding to the fitting notching 8 simultaneously, furthermore the fitting piece 5 of the metal plate 2 is fit in the fitting notching 8 of the printed circuit board 1 from a transverse direction, and fixed with screws 10, 12 form bottom side in such a state that the screw holes 3 of the metal plate 2 are aligned in location with the through holes 7, 9 of the printed circuit board 1.
