PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high efficient reactor equipment simple in an equipment structure and relatively light in weight, and low in a manufacturing cost, furthermore excellent in a cooling performance. SOLUTION: The equipment comprises a pair of cores 4, 4 which have inner holes 2, 2 respectively, and are arranged in such a manner that they bond mutually, and a winding 5 winds the pair of cores 4, 4 many times respectively so that it may penetrate the inner holes 2, 2 of these pair of cores 4, 4, furthermore a clearance 7 is prepared between windings of the winding 5 which are adjacent to mutually, and air gaps 8 are prepared between the winding 5 wound many times and perimeter sides 2a to 2d of the inner holes 2, 2 of the cores 4, 4 simultaneously.
