PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device which can perform continuous operation of read/write in one cycle using an inexpensive one port memory cell. SOLUTION: The device is configured including memory array consisting of a plurality of one port memory cells aligned, a word line for selecting the memory cell, a pair of bit lines for performing input and output for a complementary signal from this memory cell, a precharge circuit, a sense amplifier circuit, a write buffer circuit for performing the writing to the memory cell via this pair of the bit lines, an address comparison means, and a read/write control means. When a match of the address is detected, the write data at the time of write operation to be performed later is configured to be outputted prior to the read operation to be performed earlier.
