PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a burner device for suppressing early deterioration of a burner main body of a burner device to supply a long-life high refractory incinerator by improving thermal durability of an incinerator and to provide a structure of a rooster and a rooster table for suppressing early deterioration of thermal strength of the rooster and the rooster table. SOLUTION: The burner device of the high refractory incinerator is equipped with a cooling mechanism having an outer cylinder, a cooling ring for supplying cooling air provided at an outer peripheral of the outer cylinder, an inner cylinder called a draft tube, in other words, the burner main body, which is provided as a double tube concentric with the outer cylinder at inside of the outer cylinder. The rooster and the rooster table are molded parts of refractory concrete or ceramic and an air distribution route with an air blow out port into the incinerator body to supply air to a primary combustion room is provided for the rooster table.
