PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress impairing of design property by arrangement of IR sensors 70a and 70b. SOLUTION: The IR sensors 70a and 70b detect each surface temperature of an air conditioning zone 1c on a right side of a rear seat and an air conditioning zone 1d on a left side of the rear seat. The sensors 70a and 70b are installed in a television unit 100 for the rear seat provided in the ceiling in a cabin. Only the IR sensors 70a and 70b therefore are not conspicuous and can be arranged on a lower side from the ceiling, and thereby the impairing of design property can be suppressed by the arrangement of the IR sensors 70a and 70b, while securing a wide visual field.
