PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a vehicle height direction dimension of an air conditioner for a vehicle. SOLUTION: Heat exchangers 17 and 77 for cooling are inclined and arranged so that the air inflow surfaces 17a and 77a and air outflow surfaces 17b and 77b may form a prescribed angle in relation to the vehicle height direction. A heat exchanger 29 for heating is inclined and arranged so that the air inflow surface 29a and the air outflow surface 29b may form a prescribed angle in relation to the vehicle height direction.
