PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular window glass light transmission variable device effectively reducing dazzle of an occupant and ensuring visibility. SOLUTION: The vehicular window glass light transmission variable device comprises a dazzling phenomenon estimating means for estimating the occurrence of a dazzling phenomenon that the occupant feels dazzle by light from a light source on the basis of light source information about the light source outside of a vehicle, traveling information about a traveling state of a vehicle, and view point position information of the occupant. According to occurrence estimation result of the dazzling phenomenon by the dazzling phenomenon estimating means, the light transmission of the window glass capable of adjusting the light transmission is controlled.
