PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a portable blower without preparing a fixing table, etc. for setting and using the blower and to prevent the portable blower from easily closing an air window of a body of the blower or easily sucking a foreign matter from the air window. SOLUTION: A handle 3 is provided at the rear part of a blower body 1 so as to be turned from an upper part to a lower part of the body 1 by a rotation shaft 2. The handle 3 makes close contact with the outer periphery of the body 1 at a position in the upper part of the body 1, and compensates the level difference h between the body 1 and an outer frame 4 of a fan at a position at the lower part of the body 1.
