PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit stimulation on the skin without impairing antibacterial and antiseptic effects and to inhibit the sticky feeling in a place to be wipe-cleaned. SOLUTION: A fiber sheet is impregnated with a cleaning agent including water at a rate of 90 to 98.5 wt%, a sterilization antiseptic at a rate of 0.03 to 1 wt%, an alcohol moisturizer at a rate of 0.5 to 5 wt%, and a water soluble moisturizer at a rate of 0.05 to 5 wt%.
