The drive has a driving carriage, in which several sturdier permanent magnets (8) are inserted, where magnets are kept under a guide rail (4). A model vehicle (1) is set in front of a small flat permanent magnet (2) on the top side of a roadway, and sufficient magnetic force is exerted between the magnets (2, 8). The guide rail is attached underneath a base plate (3) and openings of guide grooves (5) are pointed downward of the plate.
