FIELD: special machine equipment used in handling of ammunition, in particular - for removal of cartridges of 76-, 100- and 130-mm rounds to naval artillery mounts. ^ SUBSTANCE: the machine has the shaped of rectangular frame in which the lower grip with a cut-out and a shoulder, in which the cartridge case flange is inserted, serves as the base. Normally two posts with jacks are installed symmetrically to each other and to the center of the cut-out. An upper grip is installed on the heads of jack lifting screws. The same distances between the centers of the lifting screw heads and the centers of the posts are provided. Synchronous motion of the jack pistons is effected with the aid of a synchronizing mechanism consisting of booms and jack plunger pumps. Hydraulic power cylinders may be installed on the grip in the machine instead of the posts and jacks, with the aid of a distributor the cylinders are actuated by a hydraulic pump. The motion of the rods - lifting, stoppage, speed variation and lowering of the upper grip - is controlled by means of control valves and handles of the distributor. The motion of the rods is synchronized with the id of an indicator and handles. The machine components are connected by oil conduits. ^ EFFECT: enhanced force of the machine and expanded range of processed ammunition. ^ 2 dwg |
