FIELD: railway transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to track mechanisms for assembling spring clamp fastenings of rails with reinforced concrete anchor ties, particularly, type APC fastenings. Proposed device for mounting insulating angle plates of spring rail fastenings includes rotary rocker-handle and two connecting rods hinge connected to each other. One of said connected rods is also hinge connected with rocker-handle. Pin of rocker-handle is provided with two symmetrical conical members to fit them in and bring out of slots of fastening anchor and turn relative to fastening as post. Both connecting rods are made split, being fastened by cross braces Members on end of one of connecting rods are made as stops to act with turning onto face of rail foot as slider on tie base plate. Members on end of other connecting rod are provided with pressure rollers on cross brace to act with turning onto insulating angle plate as slider between face of rail foot and end face of anchor. Rocker-handle and connecting rod with pressure rollers are spring-loaded by torsional spring relative to connecting rod with rail stops and are pressed in initial position to cross brace on projection of said connecting rod. Axis of turning of rocker-handle relative to anchor and relative to connecting rod with pressure rollers and axis of turning of the latter relative to angle plate at moment of beginning of working operation are located on one horizontal straight line. ^ EFFECT: mechanization of process of insulating angle plate mounting at assembling spring rail fastenings with moving off rail from anchor, facilitated connection of device with anchor to take up all force reactions. ^ 3 dwg
