<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked rice-forming machine capable of forming at once a plurality of cooked rice formed bodies each having texture which is hard on the surfaces of the cooked rice formed bodies and is soft in the interiors similarly as formed cooked rice obtained by hand labor. <P>SOLUTION: In the first invention, the cooked rice-forming machine is constituted so as to put cooked rice in each container in which a mouth edge part is inclined in the direction of a rotation shaft and arrange a plurality of the containers and rotate these containers to generate centrifugal force, roll cooked rice in each container by the centrifugal force and produce a plurality of the cooked rice formed bodies at a time. In the second invention, the cooked rice-forming machine is constituted so as to put the cooked rice in each container in which the mouth edge part is inclined in the direction of the rotation shaft, vibrating these containers while carrying out rotation and produce a plurality of the cooked rice formed bodies at a time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
