<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of precisely detecting each cell temperature with a simple circuit. <P>SOLUTION: This power supply device comprises a battery driving a load and a temperature detecting circuit. The battery comprises n pieces (n is an integer of 2 or more) of cells, and the temperature detecting circuit comprises m pieces (m is an integer of 2 or more and n≥m) of temperature detection units. Each temperature detection unit comprises a temperature sensor thermo-coupled with one or more cells and reducing electric resistance according to an increase in temperature of the thermo-coupled cells, a serial resistance serially connected to the temperature sensor, and a first diode connected to the connection point with a direction of carrying current to the connection point as normal direction. A predetermined voltage such that the voltage of the connection point reduces as the electric resistance of the temperature sensor reduces is applied to the serial circuit of the temperature sensor with the serial resistance.
