<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perfectly prevent presence of non-compressed/non-encrypted data on a storage device to improve security, in an information processor compressing/encrypting input/output data and storing them in the storage device. <P>SOLUTION: A chain of input processes for compressing/encrypting the image data inputted from a reading part 12 by a compression part 21 and a cipher part 22 and storing them in the storage device 17 are pipeline-processed, and delivery of the data is directly performed between devices not through a memory. The compressed/encrypted data stored in the storage device 17 are decrypted/expanded by a decryption part 23 and an expansion part 24 to be restored to the original data, and a chain of output processes until outputting them from a print part 13 are similarly pipeline-processed.
