<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy to operate plant operation support device that has many functions. <P>SOLUTION: In the plant operation support device for supporting the monitoring and control of a plant having many variable devices, RF tags 12 (12a, 12b, etc.) are buried in predetermined portions of the plant's manual 14.
