METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIATING AND CONVERTING CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for differentiating and converting a mature cell without using a methylation agent or a demethylation agent of a DNA.

SOLUTION: The method for differentiating and converting the cell by changing a culture condition of the terminally differentiated mature cell having the first differentiation phenotype, to the terminally differentiated mature cell having the second differentiation phenotype different from the first differentiation phenotype is characterized by the change of the culture condition suitable for the culture of the terminally differentiated mature cell having the first differentiation phenotype to the culture condition suitable for the culture of the terminally differentiated mature cell having the second differentiation phenotype.
